Delivery & Cancellation

What you receive

Bowdly is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. Everything you buy is delivered inside your Bowdly account at bowdly.com.

When access starts

• Pro (monthly or yearly): within a minute of payment being confirmed. Settings will show "Pro".
• Executive Diagnostic: unlocked once, straight after payment, on the Diagnostic page. Your written report is produced when you finish the three answers.
• Team licence: the buyer can add members on the Team page at once. Each member gets Pro when they sign in with the invited email.

If access has not appeared within 15 minutes, write to support@bowdly.com with your receipt.

Cancelling a subscription

Open Settings and choose Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed, monthly or yearly. The receipt for each renewal is emailed by Dodo Payments.
