Refund Policy

All sales are final. Payments for Pro (monthly or yearly), the Executive Diagnostic and Team licences are not refundable, including for partly used periods. The free plan and the free audit let you try Bowdly before paying.

Exceptions

We will refund a duplicate charge, a charge made in error, or where the law requires it. Refunds are processed by our reseller, Dodo Payments. Write to support@bowdly.com with the email on your receipt.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
